Grunnkurs i sjamanistisk praksis - februar 2023

Sjamanisme er en livspraksis, et eldgammelt magisk håndverk som våre forfedre også her i Norden har praktisert i tusenvis av år tilbake i tid og som i dag finner veie tilbake til vårt moderne samfunn.
Vi er alle en del av kosmos, Jorden og alt liv her. Når vi forbinner oss til våre åndelige og sjelelige røtter og åpner opp for å arbeide med denne kontakten gjennom vårt indre, kan vi skape dyp healing, transformasjon av våre egne og andres liv.

På dette kurs vil vi fordype oss i grunnleggende teknikker i det sjamanistisk arbeide. Vi vil blandt andet jobbe med medicinhjulet og åpning av helligt rom. Trommereiser for å møte kraftdyr og hjelpere. Ceremonielt arbeide med elementene og visdommen fra Moder Jord. Kurset vil hjelpe dig til å fokusere på kontakten med guider og kraftdyr i hverdagen, tillit i arbeidet, etikk, balanse og selvfølgelig deling og samvær i cirklen. Vi vil lytter til hverandre og lærer av hver enkelts visdom og erfaringer i samarbeidet med åndeverdenen.

Kurset er for deg som har litt eller ingen erfaring med å jobbe sjamanistisk. Men kurset kan også være for deg som ønsker å repetere det grunnleggene for å skape et bedre fundament i din egen praksis og gå dypere.

Pris for hele helgen er 2500,- Depositumet er 1000,- (Vær oppmerksom på at du bare har plass etter du har innbetalt depositumet.) Påmelding er bindende og depositum retuneres ikke. Resternede beløp på 1.500,- innbetales senest 14. dage før kursstart. Full beløb retuneres ikke ved frafall 14 dage før kurs.

Der serveres te, kaffe og snack i pausen.

Undervisning vil være på Norsk og Engelsk. Jeg jobber med Safe Practice og det er derfor ikke lov å inntage stoffer eller alkohol på kurset.

Kort om meg:
Mitt navn er Amalia Fonfara, jeg er født og oppvokst i Grønland og Danmark, og jeg har bodd i Norge siden 2010. Jeg er utdannet MA billedkunstner og jobber som sjamanistisk utøver i Trondheim. Siden 2012 har jeg jobbet med sjamanisme hos blant annet Livstræet Studio i Oslo, og Scandinavian Center of Shamanic Studies i Sverige.

Både som kunstner og i min praksis med sjamanisme, er mitt ønske å levendegjøre og bevisstgjøre forbindelsen i oss selv og til alt liv vi er omgitt av. Igjennem det sjamanistiske arbeid opplever jeg hvordan vi i samarbeid med Moder Jord og åndeverden, kan heale opp traumer og sår vi bærer på, samt finne kraft og innsikt i vore liv. Sådan at vi kan oppleve vår dype kontakt til Moder Jord og kosmos.
Alt er levende og alt liv er forbundet!

Introduction to Shamanic Practice - February 2023

Shamanism is a life practice, an ancient magical craft that our ancestors also here in the North have practiced for thousands of years, and which today finds its way back into our modern society. We are all part of the cosmos, the Earth, and all Life here. When we connect to the roots of our soul and open ourselves up to Mother Earth, we can create deep healing and transformation of our own lives, and the lives of others.

In this course, we will immerse ourselves in basic techniques of shamanistic work. Among other things, we will work with the medicine wheel and sacred space. Drum journeys to meet power animals and helpers in the Spirit World. Ceremonial work with and in connection with the elements and Mother Earth.

The course will help you to focus on your own contact with guides and power animals in everyday life. Further, it will help you to find trust in your connection and work, and of course sharing and togetherness in the circle. We will work with ethics and balance and listen to each other so we may learn from each individual's wisdom and experiences in connection with the Spirit World.

The course is for those who have little or no experience in working with shamanism. But the course can also be for you who want to repeat the basics, in order to create a better foundation in your own practice, and go deeper.

PRICE AND REGISTRATION:

When registering, please send me an email. Price for the whole weekend is NOK 2,500. The deposit is NOK 1,000.

The remaining amount of NOK 1,500 must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the course.

The full amount is not refunded in case of withdrawal within 14 days before the course.

NB: MAX 15 places.

WHAT TO BRING:

-Notebook and pen.

-Rattle.

- Mat/yoga mat.

-Something to cover your eyes with when drumming.

-Drum if you have (not necessary to participate in the course.)

- Lunch for yourself.

Tea, coffee, and snacks will be served during the break.

Teaching will be in Norwegian and English. I work with Safe Practice and is not allowed to consume drugs or alcohol during the course.

Briefly about me:

My name is Amalia Fonfara, I was born and raised in Greenland and Denmark and have lived in Norway since 2010. I have a MA in visual art and work as a shamanic practitioner and artist in Trondheim. Since 2012, I have worked with shamanism at, among others, Livstræet Studio in Oslo, and the Scandinavian Center of Shamanic Studies in Sweden.

My wish is to help enliven and bring awareness to the connection within ourselves and to all life we ​​are surrounded by. Through the shamanic practice, I experience how we, in cooperation with Mother Earth and the spirit world, can heal the traumas and wounds we carry, as well as find strength and insight into our lives. So we can experience our deep connection to Mother Earth and the cosmos. ♥ Everything is alive and all Life is connected! ♥
